Quality Management
Competitivenes is a prerequisite to succes in the emerging supply chain market, and keeping a high level of quality is a prerequisite to achieve that competitiveness. Being aware of this fact, we have set the goal for ourselves to achieve and always maintain that high quality level.
Pursuant to this goal, we implemented our first quality management system as per ISO 9002:1994 QMS standard in 1996, and upgraded it as per IATF 16949:2016 QMS standard in the following years.
We trust that our integrated quality management system complies with the requirements of both automotive and non-automotive industries in full, yet we continuously improve it in parallel with our clients’ expectations.
Quality Policy
We believe that quality starts from the smallest component of the perfect body and
commit ourselves to;
- adhering to the “zero defect” code and fulfilling our customers’ expectations in
the best way as possible, - leading and endorsing our quality management system,
- promoting a risk-based mindset in our company,
- continuously improving the efficiency and effectivity of our processes,
- creating a collaborative end progressive environment by increasing the
competence and motivation level of our staff, - “producing” quality instead of “controlling” the quality and doing the job right
and in full at the first time, - continuously improving our business with our suppliers,
- complying with the legal regulations, customer requirements and quality
management system requirements at all times.
Environment Policy
We take the earth that we live in as a common heritage that we shall pass on to next
generations, and we commit ourselves to:
- adhering to “minimum damage to environment” code and minimizing the waste
by using the natural resources in the most efficient way as possible, - striving with the maximum effort for minimizing wastes, for separating
recyclables at their source and for eliminating hazards without damaging the
environment, - leading and endorsing environmental preservation projects,
- creating an “environment-aware” workplace by training up our staff,
- recycling all recyclables,
- eliminating contaminants in our production processes as much as possible,
- complying with the legal regulations at all times.
